North East Coastal Fishing Towns

This tour runs on request with a minimum 6 passengers

Depart Broad Street every Wednesday at 0900 hrs.
Returning to Broad Street for 1600 hrs.

From Aberdeen, the Scotland Explorer travels north along the coast to Cruden Bay and then inland to the town of Mintlaw. Here we visit one of the north-east’s most renowned garden centres for a coffee stop.

From Mintlaw, we travel north to the fishing town of Fraserburgh. Fraserburgh, locally known as “the Broch”, is the largest shellfish port in Europe and features an award-winning beach. Here you will have the opportunity to either visit the Fraserburgh Lighthouse Museum or simply explore the town centre.

From Fraserburgh we travel south east to Peterhead, another busy fishing port, and then south through beautiful rural scenery, before the Scotland Explorer returns to Aberdeen.
